Faculty/Staff Assistance Services

Welcome to the University of Illinois Faculty/Staff Assistance Services (FSAS).

Formerly Faculty/Staff Assistance Program

Our staff are trained mental health professionals dedicated to providing professional, confidential assistance to university employees, retirees, and their families who may be experiencing personal or professional difficulties. This includes comprehensive assessments, short-term counseling, case management, crisis services, and referrals to appropriate resources. In addition, we provide consultation to supervisors, directors, deans, and department heads in the development and maintenance of positive work environments through FSAS work group services.
