Laura Czys, Director of Policy Design and Administration

Laura oversees policy at the Urbana-Champaign campus, which includes campus wide HR policy development, implementation, and interpretation. Laura monitors pending legislation that will impact current policies, develops new policies, and updates existing ones as needed.

Laura Bleakney, Director of the Swanlund HR Shared Services Center

Laura oversees the Swanlund HR team. They are a comprehensive human resources shared services operation supporting the needs of various colleges and units.
