Services & Programs

Campus Wellbeing Services provides a wide array of life enhancement services and programs. These fall into the following categories:

Life skills classes: These programs empower people with the skills to improve their health habits. We offer classes in weight management, tobacco cessation, chronic disease management, and other areas.

Self-paced health challenges: These programs help participants improve their health and have fun. Participants receive guidelines, materials or equipment, logging mechanisms, and motivational communications. Some challenges also provide rewards for goals met.

Departmental programs: Campus Wellbeing Services can bring wellness programs directly to departments and other campus organizations. A wide variety of topics are available.

Online information: Online toolkits, the Employee Wellness Newsletter, and other forms of online communication deliver practical wellness help when it is most needed.
