Exit Survey
As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, Illinois Human Resources has launched a campus-wide Exit Survey. This initiative is designed to gather meaningful feedback from employees as they transition out of an area, helping us better understand their experiences.
Workplace Satisfaction Dashboard
Our HR analytics initiatives provide actionable insights to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance. As part of this effort, IHR has developed an interactive dashboard for the recent Workplace Satisfaction survey. This dashboard offers a clear, visual representation of survey results, enabling leaders to track trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions that foster a positive work environment.
