My Employee Experience

Recognition

Awards & Recognition

Employee recognition efforts are wonderful ways for us to show our appreciation and celebrate the hard work, achievements, and exceptional performance of our campus community members. These programs are all about motivating and inspiring everyone, creating a positive work environment, and encouraging the behaviors we all value. Recognition can come in many forms, from a simple thank you or certificate to trophies or monetary awards.

Recognition can be given for a variety of accomplishments, whether it’s meeting or exceeding goals, showing great leadership, coming up with innovative ideas, or making a significant impact on our university. Our employees make us a better workplace and we want to recognize them for their contribution.
