Employee recognition efforts are wonderful ways for us to show our appreciation and celebrate the hard work, achievements, and exceptional performance of our campus community members. These programs are all about motivating and inspiring everyone, creating a positive work environment, and encouraging the behaviors we all value. Recognition can come in many forms, from a simple thank you or certificate to trophies or monetary awards.

Recognition can be given for a variety of accomplishments, whether it’s meeting or exceeding goals, showing great leadership, coming up with innovative ideas, or making a significant impact on our company. All forms of appreciation are welcome and can lead to better workplace environments and an overall healthier workforce.

The Chancellor’s Staff Excellence Award (CSEA) is designed to recognize the importance of the outstanding work of all university staff members who perform a wide range of critical functions for our university.

Provost’s Campus Awards

Faculty are formally recognized with a number of campus awards, honors, and distinctions. The Office of the Provost administers and helps support the selection and distribution of those awards.

Marjorie Beasley Scholarship

The program was designed to assist Civil Service employees and their dependents to achieve educational goals by providing selected recipients with financial assistance in their pursuit of an undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.
