Candidates must be in a referable position on the active employment register by the freeze date listed in order to be eligible for that particular vacancy. Candidates who are currently in a referable position will be notified by Illinois Human Resources through the email.

For current employees who are on the transfer (lateral reassignment) list:
Current employees on the transfer list as of the freeze date for a particular vacancy should contact the Department by email only.
