Engagement
Employee engagement programs are initiatives designed to foster a positive and fulfilling work environment, enhance employees’ commitment to their roles, and promote their overall well-being within the organization. These programs aim to create a workplace where employees are motivated, satisfied, and actively contribute to the organization’s success.
Affinity Groups
The University of Illinois faculty/staff affinity groups strive to connect faculty and staff from across campus to build community, discuss current issues, and help improve our campus climate.
Employee Advisory Groups
Employee Advisory Groups (EAGs) are forums or committees within an organization formed to facilitate communication and collaboration between employees and management. These groups play a crucial role in fostering a more inclusive, transparent, and participatory work environment. EAGs are often established to provide employees with a platform to voice their opinions, share feedback, and contribute to decision-making processes that affect the workplace.
