Illinois Value Proposition (IVP)
Our Illinois Value Proposition (IVP) is based on the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) concept. An EVP highlights the offerings, benefits, and values an organization offers to employees in exchange for their skills, capabilities, and commitment. Instead of having a generalized approach, we wanted to focus on what makes working at Illinois unique and highlight special characteristics about the University. This led to the Illinois Value Proposition (IVP). The IVP reflects employees’ thoughts and feedback that was shared during Conversation Cafes held throughout campus in early 2024.
