Engagement opportunities are campus-wide efforts for employees to experience different areas and finials associated with the Illinois Value Proposition (IVP). These opportunities are designed to be focal points in learning about the IVP and learning about your own IVP.
IVP Departmental Requests
We are excited to invite you to request a session about the Illinois Value Proposition (IVP) for your team. These sessions are designed to help you understand how the IVP applies at the local level, can help to shape your workplace culture, and how integrating the IVP can benefit your department.
Presentation Types Available
10- to 15-Minute Presentation
In this brief session, we’ll highlight the main objectives, process, and benefits of the Illinois Value Proposition (IVP). We’ll conclude with a quick summary, a short Q&A, and provide contact information for follow-up. If participants have computer access, they’ll complete the IVP Builder as a wrap-up activity. IVP Posters available upon request and availability.
45- to 60-Minute Presentation
This extended session includes a detailed presentation on IVP objectives, benefits, and implementation, along with case studies. We’ll have an interactive Q&A throughout and conclude with a summary demonstration of an IVP resource. Participants with computer access will complete the IVP Builder as a wrap-up activity. IVP Posters available upon request and availability.
Tabling Event
For tabling, we’ll provide brochures, flyers, and a banner with IVP imagery. Attendees can test the IVP Builder, receive an I-L-L pin, and take home an IVP poster.
