Search Process and Recruitment
The Office of Access and Equity (OAE) provides strategies to mitigate bias throughout the hiring process and ensure that hiring decisions are equitable and inclusive. Resources offered include training sessions on search tools and processes, a guideline on sourcing a search committee, and information on how to require protected class search processes. The search process is in collaboration with Human Resources and OAE.

Whether an employee is leaving due to the conclusion of their appointment, resignation, or retirement, it is crucial to follow the designated procedures.
