The Illinois Human Resources (IHR) Service Catalog offers a comprehensive guide to the services and support available to employees, supervisors, and managers across Illinois. This catalog is designed to help campus stakeholders easily navigate the wide range of HR functions that support employees – from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention, and separation.

Employee Learning and Organizational Effectiveness (ELOE)
Services include in-person and online learning programs, seminars, retreats, and customized workshops to supports employees, supervisors, and managers throughout Illinois.
Hiring and Appointment Services
Covers the entire hiring process from initiating searches, extending offers, and securing approvals for various positions including faculty, staff, retirees, and graduate assistants. Employment Separation Services
Includes processes and consultations for ending employment due to various reasons such as graduation, death, disability, visa violations, job abandonment, and separations. We also offer supportive services involving exit interviews, employee exit communications, and returning university property.
