In this blended course on managing hybrid and remote teams, supervisors will learn how to establish boundaries, increase engagement, and anticipate challenges. Along the way, they will connect with other managers on campus to share lessons learned.

Course Schedule: The course consists of four core modules delivered in a self-paced, online format and includes two interactive virtual workshops hosted via video conference.

Who Should Attend: University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign employees who currently lead or manage a distributed work group comprised of status employee(s).

Time Commitment: 10-hours over a 4-week period
- Two (90-minute) live webinars
- 2 hours over the course of each week of self-paced asynchronous learning. (Includes: readings, videos, activities, and posting and responding on discussion boards.)

Certificate Requirements: A certificate of completion will be given upon the successful completion of the course assignments and course evaluation.
