Services & Programs

Well-Being Services provides a wide array of life enhancement services and programs. Most of these are designed for faculty and staff. But several of our programs are open to students or significant others.

Our programs and services fall into the following categories:

Life skills classes: Make your wellness goals a reality. Our life skills classes empower people with the skills to improve their health habits. We offer classes in weight management, tobacco cessation, chronic disease management, stress management, and other areas.

Self-paced health challenges: Motivate yourself to improve your wellbeing: Join one of our fun, self-paced health challenges. Particpants receive guidelines, partcipation materials, tracking tools, and encouraging messages, and rewards.

Web-based learning: Interested in attending campus wellness programs, but don't have time? Our web-based learning series offer many of our wellness programs in a web learning format.

Online information: Get practical wellness help when you need it. Our website features toolkits, videos, maps, and links to wellness resources, and more.

Special events: Renew yourself. Participate in campus-wide events such as the Great American Smoke-out, Bike to Work and Class Day, and more.

Employee wellness newsletters: Keep up to date on campus wellbeing happenings, and receive helpful wellness tips. Employees receive four to six issues of this publication per year via email.
