Mid-day Walks

Just say no to sitting during your lunch break! Join the Well-Being staff for a series of mid-day walks. These walks are designed to get you moving, increase your energy, and meet fellow colleagues!

All fitness levels are welcome.

Program includes:

  • 45-minute, facilitator-led group walk around the UIUC campus.
  • Stretching demonstrations
  • Theme walks
