This unit serves as the central hub for essential applications, such as JDXpert and Cornerstone, and related system job aids and training.

Sean Mahaffey
As Director of HRAIS, Sean is responsible for designing and driving an HR Technology Roadmap, building, and managing the HR application portfolio, leveraging technologies used within the organization, both systemwide enterprise applications and University of Illinois Urbana Champaign specific applications, and collaborating with key campus partners for system enhancements in a highly decentralized environment.
Ellen Jahn
As HR Systems Analyst, Ellen provides technical expertise to develop, maintain, optimize and/or provide support for system-wide, campus and custom applications, as well as serve, alongside the HR Systems Manager, as a technical resource for technology managed by the HR Applications and Information Services (HRAIS) unit.
Laura Bradbury
As an HRAIS Analyst, Laura is responsible for configuring and maintaining human resource applications, utilizing design widgets and tools to optimize functionality. Her role extends to coordinating resolutions for system and process issues, fostering collaboration among technical experts and stakeholders. With a commitment to transparent communication, Laura ensures stakeholders are informed of system changes, facilitating alignment and driving HR excellence to meet organizational objectives effectively.
Andrew Hagler
As HR Applications Manager, Andrew is responsible for ensuring that human resources (HR) applications and technology meet the needs of the campus operational human resources processes with a focus on improving efficiency, as well as provide leadership for the management, maintenance, testing, and implementation of HR technology and the integrity of related data.
Rich Hungerford
As HR Systems Manager, Rich provides leadership to develop, maintain, optimize and/or provide technical support for system-wide, campus and custom applications, as well as serve as the primary technical resource for technology managed by the HR Applications and Information Services (HRAIS) unit.
