This unit serves as the central hub for essential applications, such as JDXpert and Cornerstone, and related system job aids and training.

Sean Mahaffey

As Director of HRAIS, Sean is responsible for designing and driving an HR Technology Roadmap, building, and managing the HR application portfolio, leveraging technologies used within the organization, both systemwide enterprise applications and University of Illinois Urbana Champaign specific applications, and collaborating with key campus partners for system enhancements in a highly decentralized environment.

Laura Bradbury

As HR Applications Manager, Andrew is responsible for ensuring that human resources (HR) applications and technology meet the needs of the campus operational human resources processes with a focus on improving efficiency, as well as provide leadership for the management, maintenance, testing, and implementation of HR technology and the integrity of related data.

Andrew Hagler

As HR Applications Manager, Andrew is responsible for ensuring that human resources (HR) applications and technology meet the needs of the campus operational human resources processes with a focus on improving efficiency, as well as provide leadership for the management, maintenance, testing, and implementation of HR technology and the integrity of related data.

Rich Hungerford

As HR Systems Manager, Rich provides leadership to develop, maintain, optimize and/or provide technical support for system-wide, campus and custom applications, as well as serve as the primary technical resource for technology managed by the HR Applications and Information Services (HRAIS) unit.
