How Matrix Teams Support Campus Units
Each Matrix Team serves a designated group of colleges and major administrative units as the primary HR Services contact for the units they support. Matrix Teams function as a collaborative community of practice, providing expertise in staff classification reviews, civil service hiring referrals, employee and labor relations, and timely transactional processing.
Across Matrix Teams, members share resources, job aids, and best practices, and work together to solve problems and provide guidance across units. This collaborative approach promotes consistency, strengthens expertise, and enhances service for the campus community.
