Promotion/Reclassification
Promotion and reclassification play vital roles within the campus community, overseen by Illinois Human Resources through the Compensation, Classification & Career Architect unit. These processes involve assessing and potentially adjusting the classification of positions based on changes in duties and responsibilities. Leaves
Leave refers to an authorized period of time during which an employee is excused from their regular work duties. Leaves can come in various forms, including vacation time, sick leave, maternity or paternity leave, and other types of authorized time off.
Time Reporting
Time reporting serves as a fundamental aspect of administrative efficiency at the campus, managed by Illinois Human Resources. Separations
